Why We Started Leading 360

  • The experience of the founders in various industries highlighted the need for a new approach to leadership to engage and align with the values and expectations of Generation X, Millennials and Generation Z employees. Furthermore, if individuals and companies are to meet the expectations of stakeholders, then a more authentic foundation for leadership is required.

The Research We Undertook

  • The conceptual development of the leadership assessment tool is grounded in the rigorous collection of both qualitative and large sample quantitative data to triangulate the findings. The solution generated resulted in the construction of the iLead tool.

Dr Kevin McGarry

Kevin has over 25 years of sales and leadership experience dedicated to coaching and building top performing teams that thrive on engagement, transparency and collaboration.  With a doctorate in leadership, he brings a research based, practical approach to enhancing leadership effectiveness.

Ravi Sahota

Ravi has over 30 years’ experience of working with SME’s, local government, social enterprises and the charity sector. He has run his own businesses and worked as a consultant to specific companies. Ravi has also held executive and non-executive positions on boards. In his business career he has worked at different points of the life cycle of enterprises, from initial concept development to significant acquisitions and mergers and across different sectors including, housing, manufacturing, media, creative industries and waste recycling. His work has usually been based on supporting either the organisation or the key individuals within the organisation to move them onto the next stage of development; from specific activity such as raising finance, transforming organisational culture, mentoring executives and providing organisational governance. Ravi has primarily worked in the UK, however more recently he has engaged in a number of international development projects.

Dr Aftab Dean

Dr. Aftab Dean has a two-decade career straddling Industry and Higher Education. Aftab contributed to global consultancy projects in the corporate realm, focusing on corporate governance, reputation management, innovation, sustainability, and leadership. Notably, he reshaped the research tool for assessing listed companies’ performance while serving as the chief analyst for Britain’s Most Admired Company annual audit.

In academia, he played a pivotal role in crafting management programs and devising tools for evaluating national and global education quality. As the Director of Postgraduate Research, he mentored 60+ doctoral candidates to complete their theses within three years.

Recently, Aftab has been engaged with a global organization to construct a systematic framework for assessing the sustainable impact of public institutions worldwide. Simultaneously, he has channelled his entrepreneurial spirit into building a technology Leadership Assessment platform. This online platform utilizes proprietary algorithms to gauge the resilience of leaders across different organizations, contributing to enduring sustainable impact. His years of experience have enabled Aftab to deliver executive leadership programs to directors, from many industries, to enrich their skill sets to address contemporary leadership challenges.

Andy is a dynamic marketer and technology entrepreneur with a profound interest in emerging technologies like AI and blockchain. Over the past 15 years, he has established digital marketing agencies and served as a digital consultant. Andy is also been engaged with entrepreneurial programs at Universities in the UK.

As the CGO of Leading360 Insights, a data leadership insights platform. Andy exemplifies his entrepreneurial spirit. Having founded businesses and provided support to numerous start-ups and SMEs in both England and Brazil, he has gained seasoned expertise in the entrepreneurial landscape. Combining his proficiency in technology and marketing, Andy is dedicated to empowering individuals and start-ups in embracing digital technologies and innovative solutions. Additionally, he is actively engaged in regional Technology Partnership Programs through his local university.
